You gave me a fright with OXANA; I wouldn't have known what to do with ADNEXA! Only two little mysteries left: I have NOISE for 4D but don't know why, and HAULAGE for 21D (ditto).

AULA (=hall) replaces U (=top/upper classes)in HUGE to give HAULAGE.
Not keen though on transporters being a definition for haulage.

Thanks, stevem. I thought the same about haulage/transporters. U/top-class is one of those simple Brit things that causes major problems for non-Brits.

4D solution can be found at http://www.ee43.dial.pipex.com/index_files/Page675.htm
BETISE(=blunder) with NO ISE
I'd got NO ISE (or NO IS E) but not BETISE.

Sorry AJT, I have to (humbly) disagree about 15. Redtop is a disparaging term for tabloid newspapapers, as opposed to the quality dailies.

To each his own - I take the view that a toper wouldn't be drinking milk.

We'll agree to differ, but it did occur to me that an experienced toper setting out to get bladdered might very well drink milk to line the stomach!
