29. Number at end of Orlando nove. (5,5). And
80. Old woman James put in novel....... (5,3)
Any extra hints gratefully accepted !!

29 is an anagram of orlando plus a number

80. For the second word, think of the normal abbreviated form of the name James. That should lead to a novel and though the first word seems odd, check its meaning in Chambers.
