Thanks a million highlighter and turast - I can finally put this one to bed. If Radix was a famous setter (sorry but I don't know) then this surely cannot be one of his better puzzles - a boring slog!

Are 52 posts (now 53 and ?counting) a record for a single puzzle? It seems to reflect the difficulties encountered.
