this thread has been completely ruined by just one or two people.isn't that always the case?

Was that Jamie Cullum this morning on R4 ?
Sounded like a jolly self effacing sort of bloke - bit more of a Thelonious Monk sort of bloke - went to Ronnie's in the mid 60's to see him, along with The Soft Machine.
Turned out that T.Monk had gone for a wander round Soho, and totally forgotten he was on at Ronnie's.

Glad to know that the animated cowboy was from a film I havn`t seen - grandchildre too far away for regular visits to cinema etc. Am especially reassured that I was not being too dim in not getting it. Thanks Jazzgirl.

Another glorious day here. Cannot help but wonder if we will pay for it later on!!
