I haven't been to collect mine yet, but it seems your postman isn't the quickest. I've just looked at AB to see how soon "ato" started squealing for help (10.48, by the way). There appears to be a posting timed at 00.52 this morning!

Good evening all,

Mondrian has come scorching out of his blocks and I've trailed in a poor second. I'm beginning to wonder if we have a different compiler...

8a I thought was clever and 19a had me reaching for a dictionary. The answer to 3d is a certain ubiquitous comedian who is in danger of overexposure. The same could be said of Sarah Millican, who seems to appear on every programme where they need a 'token' comedienne...

With kind regards,

Caravaggio

Hello everyone
Bit late starting tonight - been in the garden putting 130 bags`of pine nuts (bark) on the garden.

Apart from 7a which confused me for a while, not too difficult this week. Liked 4d and 20a, but like Caravaggio needed the dictionary for 19a.

Finished but not quite sure on a few of my answers. Although I've worked them out and they fit the puzzle, can't quite see how they fit the clues - 8a, 10a, 2d, 18d. Anyone got altenative clues for these please just to confirm my answers? Otherwise not too difficult this week. Also I liked 21a, 9d & 15d.

Hi Karen..Yes we overlapped by a minute or two.
If I continue to participate in these RT puzzle
exchanges I hope everyone will excuse the mess I can make of my contributions. At the age of 87 I'm
struggling with this computer and rather poor eyesight.
