Need some hints.

30A I have a 6 letter word for women's quarters, beginning with three letter Buddhist religion, but do not know what Victorian head means in relation to last 3 letters.

11A, I have 4 letter word for "is an idler" ending in S. But how do the first three letters apply to "one in on"?

Any hint on 26D and 43A will be welcome.

How many extra letters are there? I have 18 so far.

30 The second half of the answer is an old word for Head, (one letter is superfluous, as per the preamble).

I'm not sure 11 A works.

A four-letter very famous Epistler, with a three letter abbreviation inside. Very bad is the definition.

30a I can't parse that either ... but the extra is N

11a on is a cricketing term ...leg..put one inside and S on the ends ...E is extra

26d 4 letters epistolary from the bible new testament with 3 letter synonym for below inside ... no extra

43a mouth as in mouth of river .. sorry can't parse that one either ...extra was S

There are lots of extra letters!

11A is I in Leg (on) +s with E as the extra letter.

43A is a word for a river mouth, with dressing room a reference to part of a church (usually)

Kirky, I have slightly more than 32 extra letters.

I've ended up with 35, with most bunched together.

For 11A NANA is an Australian (Victorian) term for the head

sorry i missed one of the "repeated" words ...it is 35 extras!

Do not know what the 4 letter word for head could be but 30a looks
to be Z????A.

Not sure of parsing of 43a. But mouth of river ending in Y fits.

It seems extra letters have two numbers. Starts with 9 letter one and then has 8 letter one later on.
