Could someone please confirm that No.22. begins with B and ends with T?
Similarly, does No. 83 begin with C and end with T? Thanks for any help.

Hi sunny - re question 75. The answer lies within the first 4 words which when worked out add up to a 'piece of meat'
I + a word for 'put' in(side) a word for note. It's all in the reading of the clue. Hope this is a helpful hint.

I did look in Rogets and found a word which begins with S and ends with G.
But it doesn't seem to have anything to do with "let loose among plenty". I can think that "let" is an anagram, and that's as far as I get. Any more help please.

I wonder why Mamya bothers to look on this site when "his entry was done and in the envelope as quickly as possible because he knows the inevitability of what happens now, both here and to a lesser extent elsewhere".
Seems a waste of his time.

Betty re question 27. You are not reading the clue right.
'Let' is anagrammed within ( loose among) a word for plenty.

I look on this site many times a day as I have done for years in order to help where and when I can to answer 'Crossword' queries which the site was set up to do.

Yes I am a 'she' won't say 'lady' that will be hotly disputed if I dare.

If my protective nature around charity quizzes upsets you I apologise but it is something I'm passionate about.
