I think I`ve got 10 ac right. It gives me `e` for the first word of 1d, like Jazzgirl, but still no answer!
19 and 21 down are both slang expressions. That`s if I`ve got them right ! (Well I know the doctor).
Yes, Jazzgirl, I suppose `schedule` does suggest `time`.
I must try harder................Mags,

It's the second word of 1dn that I'm not confident about. The definition is OK, but I don't see how the parsing works.

Re 10a. My two alternatives are: "peal" (sound of bell) and a "peal of information" , OR "well" (sound as in "being in sound condition" = well.

I don't think I've heard of a "peal of information", jazzy - I went for WELL.

Did you consider CARDIOGRAPHER for the person interested in tremors?

Actually I think the term is "heart murmurs" rather than "heart tremors". Close, though!

No, had not thought of cardiographer, but did have a (rather naughty) alternative. ;) I found "peal of information" in google.

Yes it's there - only 7 hits though, and two of those are ap-peal!
I think it's a bit too obscure.
