I liked Bullfrog’s Post 9,
Start to relax, read, bathe, perhaps a short nap (10)
but feel that the definition part should be adjectival (with a short nap?), so I’m going with his Post 4 instead:
Doctor, re bad heart: "It's worn out" (10)
Nicely terse.
