Nobody's got my two clues! I guess that proves that they were too hard to go into the quiz...
...and that few people listen to BBC Radio 3.

Hello Mr McQuizzy
I'm afraid radio 3 is a little too serious for my taste, but would I find the name/s in Radio Times perhaps ?

Well, without your extra help Mr McQ, I really don't think I would have solved them.
Thanks

Jazzgirl, I suspect Mr McQ doesn't know of the Plectron brothers. They sound no less fabricated than this Trelawney chap (although a friend of mine does know him personally. What a name-drop - I have a friend who knows someone who is mildly well-known in classical music circles. Go me!)
Well done for getting the answers.
Mr McQ, have faith, I'm sure we would get there eventually, especially if it's alphabetical. No dumbing-down, please!

In that case, Mrs T, I'll put the Nikolai Andreyevich Rimsky-Korsakov anagram back in!

Must say at this point I'm just as much awed by Mrs Trellis's talent for anagrams as by jazzgirl's knowledge! Hope there are a few more popular musicians included amongst the classical ones, otherwise I for one will have to go back to looking for place-names,like that "Gazza" Scottish river on the other thread which (as far as I know) has still not been found!
