Was off up the hills with the Ramblers all day yesterday Linn of Dee (past Braemar) to Derry Lodge - got a bit wet. Drookit rat! Couldn't get on to internet last night so every connection had to be uplugged and reconnected this morning and it seems to be OK. Yes the quiz - I though of Formula 1 for 25. Baby food with single competitive running - don't know where the comp running comes in.
Still haven't got No. 1 English city
Rugby isn't a city and nor is Newmarket (a card game) Derby is a city but none of the other answers have been sporting events - they've all been games or sports.
The other 2 mysteries are
