Not me, some really original dickhead. I would have said something about first cookoo/RT mention a bit late this week.

Not all that easy. It took the duration of two pipefuls or should that be pipesful?

Good morning all,

It's done, dusted and in the post. As you'll know from my previous ramblings, I don't like the type of clue where the answer contains a number represented by a letter or letters so I'm doubly annoyed this week - 22a and 21d.

However, I thought that 15a was quite clever as it's the first time that I've seen the word 'origin' used to indicate the first letter of the previous word.

Kind regards,

Caravaggio

Hi all,
I 'got' 20,21 and 22,with the writer in 24, at first try, but I am struggling as usual with the others.
Can wait till next month for the full set of answers I do not find.

I thought 6D was nasty, but the answer eventually came to me, in like a spark.
