The usual story: I'm finished but am flummoxed by a few of the clues.
5d: I have SAICS but what's with Bill and Honey? (I've always wondered about those two.)
22d: I have NEXUS but what's the junior secretary for? Is U a Brit thing for underage or something?
29d: I have RHUM, but Britain? Is there a rhubarb (Rheum) called that? Just grasping at straws- or stalks.

Thanks to both of you. I figured that there was a Brit abbreviation for some bill, and didn't think of sis for honey. I did get NEX for necks and figured that secretary was S, but didn't think of under-secretary.
