A bit more tricky for me - three still to complete 3d,15a and 16d.

I can't fully parse 18a as I seem to have an extra "M" that comes from nowhere.

I'll keep plugging away though!

Hi Smot, 18a is rather deceptive. The last three letters are not an anagram, rather, the last four letters are a word for an infusion of sorts

Hi Smot. I'm also still struggling but 3D is a 4 letter cricket match on top of a 4 ltr slang for the TV, plus a one ltr "4th of batsmen". Defn is experimental gear

15a is an anagram

15 is an anagram ( "unruly"). Defn is kind

I've found the last 3 Everymans trickier than usual.
18 is a nice clue.
3 parses as 4, 4, 1, which I took a while to decipher.
15 is a straight anagram.
I wrote in a solution to 16 but am not sure of parsing ('fragrant sprigs').

16's defn is the first 3 words. First 5 letters are a 6 letter word for cabbages minus the first ltr. Last 4 ltrs are the first half of a bush known to relax

Geeker, last 4 letters of 16 are half a word for a plant known for its fraguency

Thanks, barryc and jono. I wrote in a solution based on the other sense of "enthral" (which seems more common in crosswords), but its last four letters had nothing to do with the shrub. Corrected.

I'd welcome hints for
23 & 17D, and 24, 26 & 27A.
