Nice puzzle, very jolly and all that … but where is 16D in Chambers? (I'm assuming it's the obvious parasite, rather than an arcane river, the DUGLOUSE perhaps.) I wouldn't mind someone telling me where the first 2 letters are in the wordplay either.

Hi cockie, I was also surprised it doesn't appear as a specific entry in Chambers but definitely correct from the wordplay. Remember there is an additional letter not entered (here "o"); great is good rather than just "g'.
