Only just got round to this today. I have two final clues I'm stuck on - I've got possible answers, but can't parse them. 21 down - Former City off-road vehicle to perform and 24 across I am nicked - no way - and charged. Any hints would be appreciated!

Oh dear, hints only are difficult!

21d: used to be- for former
+
two letter postcode for City
+
three letter word for off road vehicle

24a: another phrase for "I'm nicked"
minus a two letter word for "way"

Thanks elle, I had got them right but couldn't work out why. It was the off road vehicle - never heard that one before!

I'm glad I was of some help..... I 'm not very proficient at giving hints!
