Hi pigale (or anyone else) I'm not seeing the wordplay, is it a cryptic definition?

Sorry pigale if I'm missing something but as no one else has chimed in I'm going to call the result.
I particularly liked aristo's Scandinavian hungry vamp, skyewalker's (Ben) Nev(i)s, fiery's Mr C and therogue's g spot with paul's tweak just losing out to BBM2's
