Also not sure about endgame?

I have altered 20a/d to a T is that right?

It makes 2 words but not 100% sure?

I don't have my copy and you didn't give the clue,so I can't help with 19.
It sounds as if you've got/almost got the endgame. The T is right, but you need to highlight three words.

19 A. Steaming line will just need wiping (5) Tiddly = Steaming/inebriated, and then remove the L, for Line.

This is one of the solutions that lack a definition.
