From memory it's ASS removed from CASSOCKED (cas(h) + socked), leaving COCKED. But don't shoot the messenger if I'm wrong !

Just catching up with this one after being away for the week. Think I have most of the removed words and a couple of the substitutes. Have a slight issue with a word starting dh??? That I just can't decipher. Am I barking up the wrong tree with that one?
