Thanks Maole,, yes I saw it quickly but sort of struggled with all the different things going on and connections in this puzzle - different meanigs of 'letters', the dropped and added 'a' s (first of April) and the literal clues in the preamble, plus the anagram in the title ! As an earlier contributor said, there's an awful lot going on....

Both to do with mail

Top one is an anagram of E (originally entered) bold text read

4-6-3 beginning D L B

Other is French.

cryptic- Notice- you need synonym for something advertising on a billboard beginning with P.

Then anagram of set then 4 letter word used in betting beginning with a. It means before re natal as well.
