Yes it does.
No 27 No not farces. It is a London district which is associated (by name) with "old" film comedies from a studio of the same name as the district.

The first word is something that has "gone off" in the smelly line and the second word coincidentally is another name for a line.
Both together give a famous street name.

Yes, Rigby.
Both words begin with "R".
It is hardly a famous "street"....but it is a well -knowntrack...and in fact there are two of them .......
One in Hyde Park and one near Hampstead Heath.
