Not at all, jazzy - good hint, I thought.

Even later than you Chrise though early in that I got up to make bread-now proving. I've only just finished 42 and now stuck for a hint on a simple 6d High hat joint (5) in xword 43. I have _I_R_. Double or triple definition or what? I've run out of joints, hats & percussion instruments! Why is always the little ones?

It's a double definition, the joint refers to woodwork.

Doh! Thanks Malone! I'll just put on the aforesaid hat and go off to attend to the diocese. Less of the anatomy needed!
