Chuck, I've been mulling over your last clue. 'Fish' would work for the angler part, but am not sure of the rest. I had a sudden, rather random thought - if Caesar 2 is cat food (tins, packets, whatever) it might contain fish, supposedly a treat for cats! Feel free to ignore this - and let me know if you get a better answer.
