Good morning/afternoon everyone, great to see such a variety of clues.
You are keeping me busy, I'd like to check my parsing of a few:

Ixion @9, Dailly = of the Irish Parliament?

Chiaro @10, sally = definition, said = homophone indicator, 'Tea's made' =tease made?

Les40 @23, I'm going around in circles with this one, Les. I have a partial definition but think it better if I ask you to parse.

Say! I had a quick comeback, comeback started, finishing comeback to start more quick comebacks? (8)

I wanted to use something different than 'in short' so I've gone for -
Say 'I had a' (quickly) = I'd a
comeback = adi
Then
comeback started = began (started) to comeback = nageb
= adi + nageb
Then
finishing (finishing letter) = 'b'
comeback to start
adi nage (b) - becomes - (b) adi nage

more quick (to be read as 'quicker' - not 'larger amount of')
more quick comebacks = Def
