Thank you, hankir I think I'll stay with those incredibly weak sauces. Trouble is, in France you have to grow your own: their Espelette sweet chilis are world-famous, but otherwise you can only get things like Harissa in a tube for your North African couscous. A problem after living in Germany, where every little supermarket stocks fresh chilis.Oh well, every man to his own poison. See you around again next week, I hope.
