Congrats Ginge, though I couldn't parse.
The "take " on prescriptions is from the time when pharmacists, like my mother, actually made up medicines (and hand-rolled pills!) and the R with a small line though the right hand descender meant recipe, effectively. Most of what followed was completely ineffective, however. His Lordship (the Earl of Scarborough) was charged 10/- for a bottle of coloured sugar water.
