ChrisE - Assumed "flag down" for "onsider" with cab - taxi outwith and LE being the Leicester UK postcode, but may well be worng?

The parse looks spot on, I hadn't seen ginge's clue when I used the similar device for 'onside'. Great minds...

Many thanks ixion and hopefully it's not a controversial choice with the number of "requests" to parse. Very close ab, however;

Flag down = on side (as opposed to being offside when the flag is raised) + r = take ( from the Latin recipe (still used in medicine and prescriptions), check Chambers under "r" the rest is per ab, thanks for that.
