I am wondering if the i changing into I is, in any way, due to the person having "auto-correct" or similar switched on. The letter i typed on its own, would then be automatically altered to I (to make the sentence grammatically correct) Perhaps someone could try and see whether this works by switching off their auto-correct.

I don't know if I have that on my laptop.

I wish I knew where it was rusty. I remember only switching it off (somewhere) when I was trying to send a solution to jolan's 5@5 and the blooming thing kept altering my answer.

Here's an example for Internet Explorer which shows how to turn off auto correct. On other browsers, go to "settings" and see what the options are.
