Well I've finished and only changed nine clues. Are we to assume that a further three clues without crossings are to be changed?

That was my assumption. Some of the changes don't affect/aren't affected by other answers.

Well if that's the case I can find twelve changes but one is in a clue that's already been changed ... which doesn't configure with the rubric that twelve separate clues must be changed ...

Mmm. I didn't find that - not saying I'm right, mind.

Which clue is it that you're referring to?

I think I've finished but I also don't have enough changes. Don't really understand 11ac/5dn - changing a 'u' to an 'i' in five down doesn't fit with the instructions. Have I gone wrong somewhere?

I don't have a u or an i in 5 down. I have all the 26.15 changes but only 4 of the others - and there aren't any more n's to change ....

Ah, so 11ac is not prefixture, shame, seemed perfect. Back to the grind.

You could change the N in 13dn.

11 ac is an anagram of 2 words in the clue.
Yes, I could change the n in 13 dn but have already changed the first letter - so that doesn't fit with the instructions that twelve separate solutions need adapting.

Have got 11ac now. 13dn hasn't been changed already. It was 12ac that was changed. I now have 6 type 24 changes but only 5 type 26 changes.
