Sorry that is incorrect. Although Tadigrades are quite resilient the answer is much smaller and closer to home.

I'm not talking at any great level, just a general one. Living is defined as any living thing mammals, fish, birds, plants etc. it's nothing obscure like a bacterium or anything like that.

Do you mean individuals or as a race? Cockroaches are almost impossible to get rid of, as is Japanese Knotweed, but you can destroy individual examples quite easily

As a race. You can kill many types of this but in one form or another it will always reappear.
