I can see this has become tedious now so time to give the answer. Grass, no matter what you do to it it will always return in 1 form or another. It grows under water, in deserts, you can even lay concrete over the top and it will find a way through. Thank you to all who answered. Another question to mull over will appear soon.

This fact was on planet earth programme presented by sir David Attenborough. It has become so through years of people and other animals trying to remove it from its natural habitat. This in turn has caused it's roots to become hardier and more durable. As I said previous no matter what you do to it, it will always come back in one form or another be it as a weed or any other type of grass.

Not a blade remains if grass is s[rayed with Glyphosphate...........................spray oto a fungal spore and it laughs. As with Japanese Knotweed, which destroys concrete foundations

Exactly weeds are a form of grass. As I said before I was speaking about grass in all forms not just standard turf.

weeds are NOT a form of grass. the best def I have heard for weeds is......any plant growing where you don't want it. by the way, man is quite capable of wiping out any living creature or thing up to and including himself.
