Hi Friends,
I'm off to see the eye specialist tomorrow (Tuesday) so I'm posting tomorrow's "5" tonight. I hope to be back home by 5 Thursday afternoon so will see you then. I'll miss the banter and comments during the day. I've rushed these a little and hope they're not too easy. Happy solving. J

Nice to see ginge, Chrise, Jazzy, and Andyc also. Just back.

I has a cataract op several months ago but the 6-week check-up showed a problem with the macula (nowt to do with macular degen, thank heavens). An "extra" membrane had appeared and is causing oedema in the macula. I'm using two different eye-drops 4 times a day. This is my 3rd follow-up visit and the damn thing is still there but shows improvement. Continuing to use the same drops for the next 6 weeks, then back again. There is no trouble with the vision in that eye but I'm vaguely aware something is not quite right. VERY difficult to explain. So, we'll see (ha, ha!) what happens in 6 weeks time.
