Just got back, but none the wiser. Kept fiddling with "(something)s a hit" for #1. Aaargh.

3- NO GO?
4- SIERRA LEONEAN
5- PENDRAGONSHIP?

As many as I've had time for this afternoon. That's my excuse for only posting two anyway!

2 was a complete baffling blind spot. I immediately read it as a "subtractive anagram", but rejected this when I could not see a D in Disagreeable! DDDoh!

Since I started having a go at 5@5 I've learnt to look for a subtractive clue as Jolan always sets one. I'm really chuffed to have got #2 when several regulars didn't.
I did think no go for #3 but thought it was hyphenated.

Great stuff rossim. I missed the subtractive and that is always the first one I solve. Having a bad solving day as it took me much longer than usual to do the RT.

I mucked up the subtraction in #2 too - I can't believe it!
