Congratulations, redundant elf; wonderful clip, bbm2; and yes, chrise, I did get your pun --- always wondered as a kid what that funny word meant, here we often see the plant!

Thanks GK - but not exactly a pun. The name came from Geoffrey of Anjou's (father of our Henry II) habit of wearing a sprig of broom - planta genista.
