SLH - ChrisE is being modest he loves cooking and his menus always sound fantastic and he has a huge knowledge of food - hence my say he is the Forum's Celebrity Chef. He may of course hold a celberity status elsewhere that I am unaware of - but I don't think it is his golf !!!! Cheeky eh
