I've got a naval battle

Yes. Sorry if it cofused any of you. I should have put 21dn not 21ac.
Having just come back from a walk in the rain while pondering the clue, I decided that electronic was just an "e".
If I've got 10ac right, I dont like the clue, because it is a "cliff" without the "permanent".
I found it easy getting started today, but then got stuck for a time with some very difficult clues.

Stuck on 16a,14d, and 22a..! Help..! :<

16ac is an anagram - of miffed around o for duck

16ac is aduck incricet with an anagram of miffed, giving an old form of servitude

14dn take the O (for love) out of 15ac and put a three letter word meaning (very roughly) a bribe in front of it

22ac is a friend of Tom Brown (of Schooldays), whose name is also a compass point (Not very cryptic, that hint!)

14dn first 3 letters mean a bribe (but not a common word today). followed by the ansew to 15ac without the O.
22ac is one of Tom Brown's friends for his schooldays and is a point of the compass.

22a a point on the compass and also a friend of Tom in Tom Brown's Schooldays
