Sounds tasty - I destroyed ribs of beef at the weekend

Difficult - I overcooked the last but one we did, but the meat was still great. (The last one, though, was perfect - pink in the middle)

We have an AGA - it makes it a lot easier.

It was first and last attempt - fan oven - put it in hot first 20 then lowered the heat but obviously not enough or maybe it wasn't a good bit of beef but cost a fotune - never mind at least everyone laughed about it but you really can't help apologising throughout the meal

Have you tried a Chicken Tarka Masala?
It's like a Chicken tikka......only otter!
