Liking the idea of Trevor as our " main man". I have experienced that twinkle in his eye...sensational...and remember this is the man who reportedly ensnared Kate the Winslet...
Liking the Bond reference...maybe he could dawn a dinner suit , Bow tie. And do the ....The name is John...Long John.
...and we do need a female lead as well...ladies do take the lead nowadays...
Auditions???
Ohhh and flavours...think we should go for mole.
Mole, as in the Mexican chilli and chocolate sauce.

Anyway I am away for a couple of days, but do not fear I will still be thinking of this exciting venture....
