Once again, thank you all for the very kind remarks. Makes me feel very humble but good.

Believe it or not, Helen had the mastectomy and SN biopsy on Monday afternoon and was released from hospital on TUESDAY afternoon. I feel it's too early, but she's home now under my care. She feels reasonably OK but is fairly tired and a bit sore. The District Nurse starts daily visits tomorrow, something I'm very glad about. We go back to the clinic on Friday week to learn the results of the biopsy.

I'll only be paying the occasional visit to the forum. So Bless All of You. You may not realize it, but you helped me enormously.

I am sure Helen is happy to be home in familiar surroundings and with your care as well as the district nurse. Also, it should be less tiring for you not having to do the long round trips. Healing thoughts to you both. J
