Perhaps we could all spare a thought for Helen today as she faces major surgery at the age of 91.

Yes, I have been thinking of them both this morning. Sending my very best wishes to both of them.

I have only been on this site for a short time and do not know the people concerned.But anyone taking on major surgery at 91 is extremely brave and they have my thoughts and best wishes for a successful outcome.

Sincere wishes and extra strength are channelled to them from me.xxx
