Correct Aristo...

1.[Tarzan] kicking off, blatant racism...”short Japanese people inferior in the sack”(5,7)

Tarzan/Brian Blessed

B-R-ain-BlessED

It's obvious in retrospect that I should have given more away in the intro, but I really expected that any one clue and LINK would reveal it quite quickly.

The player in 6 must be Tatum O'Neal, with the vehicle Little Darlings, but I can't see how the rest works yet. The Letter count for Tatum O'Neal doesn't match the answer.

I thought it was Tatum O'Neal but the letter count is wrong. So the letter count is for the final answer?

In 7 was toying with River Phoenix (legal in most states) - would it be Liver Phoenix now?

The answer is based around O'Neal peterm and does have a different letter count(probably another thing I should have mentioned in the intro) slightly obscure cluing hence the "?".

Letter count is for the final answer Aristo, not always the same as count for the player.
