Ignoring its merits or otherwise I would be grateful if you would give your opinion on the validity of #13. Does it work for 'philately'? I've looked at it and I can't decide.

rambler, post 13. philately would be timbromania wouldn't it. I can't comment on the rest of the clue, it might as well be written in chinese for all the sense it makes to me.
