Welcome to the 51st edition of CLUELESS.

When I set the word I was in some doubt about how many clues it would make. Yet again I was amazed at the variations on just one word.

There were many great entries. I thought a reference to sausage would create some dubious humour and I’m glad to say I was not disappointed.

I particularly enjoyed torque post 2, aristo post 9, rambler post 12 (with the ever reliable Julian and Sandy), peterm post 18( good use of Kinder), pastille post 25, bigbadmarty post 28, Bullfrog post 32, jamoza post 33, THEA post 39 and rambler post47

However the clue I liked best was paul post 3. “Sausage split open, rodent found inside a week later (9)”
