Is the umbrella treatment still in operation, I remember lads having it done up to the mid 1980's but ain't heard anything about it for a long time, maybe it's a treatment that's gone down the spout!

early-to-mid eighties is about the last i heard about peeps having this done.
did it just go out of fashion along with leg warmers and shoulder pads?
