Oh, good Lord. Football is played by millions here, and you don't have to make millions to play it. I have been to many, many high school and college games where the ball has been toe-kicked. If setting clues now has to adhere to NFL standards, count me out.

In anticipation of further criticism, let me point out that the definition part of my clue is supposed to be "where a pig may end up", or what said pig may end up as. Yes, I do realize that the entire pig does not become a football, but (again) in this imperfect universe one might refer to a hippo, say, becoming an umbrella stand. I also realize that one of the rules directs us to refrain from commenting on clues before they're judged, but I trust that, under the circumstances, it's OK to comment on my own clue.
