possibly rede(archaic read)bouncing(coming back)with one in?

Whoa. If that's the case, not an impressive clue. Destructive bouncer? The "one in" is obvious, but it seems that there must be a more satisfying way to get EDER. I can see "read" for "see target", but there's nothing that suggests an archaic word. I'll have to dwell on this, ixion...

I think this is a reference to the Eder Dam, as destroyed by the RAF in WW2 with their bouncing bombs. Made famous in the film The Dambusters.
