A 'Ricket' is a blunder & 'Ket' is a Scottish word for carrion or rotten meat.
Muck is a Scottish Island - so Muck indicates Scottish.

AGA (cooker) + RIC (ket) (blunder dropping rotten meat) = AGARIC
