Struggling badly today. Can anyone help with 23ac? I've got the Shea Tree ref, but can't work out the rest.

Also, is 6dn Cappernoity? The word exists and would fit the clue, but I can't see what it's got to do with Jock's drunk (which I assume to be the definition).
