I looked at this earlier and using some (not all) letters I came up with a list of words contained in the letters
Portland, Board, Road, Bus, Strand, Tour Operator, Euston Road, Lord Provost!, Transport, London..dont have the time to continue but I am sure there are many more and maybe one or more of these words make up the whole solution

This is a most annoying quiz ! I have already thought of the London Transport Museum but to no avail ! There are plenty of these long anagrams to solve - all very taxing !! Are you actually doing this quiz yourselves or are you being ultra-helpful to a quizzer in distress ???!!!

Which sadly contains too many of the letter U, is the wrong length and all in all isn't right!

SPOON BURST TRAVEL NON NORD - LONDON BUS OPERATOR = SN T RV N

This is a toughy!
