Couple that are utterly stumping me;

13D - Exploit having way with Chancellor (not hard) (5) S???T

58D - 'Resigned' shown in wide italics maybe (10) - first letter is F, got nothing else.

Also, I can't anagram 76A - Fortune our Brian's managed - hence millions (5,6) Nothing on first word, second is R?N?O?

Thanks in advance!

I'm stuck on the last three:
7d 'A way to turn back time that's frustrating' (4) ?R?T
I can think of several words that fit, but none make sense.
55a 'King in muddle is bitter' (5) H?R?H 'Harsh' seems to be the only possible word, but why?
49d "Get pissed is about right as a figure of speech. ((5) T?O?N
Thorn? but again, no idea how this can be right.
Any input gratefully received!

55 Hash, muddle, mess with R, King inside.
49 Drat, that's frustrating. Rd, road, reversed + A T, a time.

49 Tope is the 'get pissed', insert R, right and you have Trope, figure of speech.

Thank you Malone. I obviously defer to your greater experience, and agree with the workings but am concerned that the last letter of Trope now mucks up 'AND' in the long sentence!

Would appreciate help with parsing of:

32d Round off poems with 'tits' and lose heart. I have D?S?A?R so assume it's despair. I can see where "pair" comes from, but why "dis"?

Plus I am stuck on a few others - 68a might help:

Desolate sex act as in the past - heartlessly tiresome (3,5).
I have D?? ?A?T?

Thanks!
